Our comprehensive design service allows us to create uniquely designed events for clients anywhere in the world. 1. Dream it
It all begins with ideas. Our first step in designing an event is having a meeting—either in person or online—to discuss your hopes and expectations for the event. During that meeting, we’ll prompt you to share what’s important to you, which elements you would like to invest in heavily, and which aren’t as important to you. If you aren’t sure about what you’re looking for, we’ll put forward ideas to find out what you like.

2. Build it
The next step is for us to create a mood board for your event. We’ll put together a presentation deck that includes everything from colors and textures to furniture rental suggestions — you can take a look at some examples below. We’ll either talk you through this deck on a conference call, or we can send you a pre-recorded version. You can then take time to go over our suggestions to see what feels like the perfect fit.

3. Draw it
The next step in our process comes after you give us feedback on the design deck. We will take the concepts you have approved and create rendered images to help you picture the elements all together. If you have selected our design service without any vendor sourcing, you can use this to send to your local vendors for them to suggest products, rentals, and florals to fit the concept.

4. Source it
If you add our sourcing option, we will work with vendors local to your event venue to source the elements needed to bring your design to life. This can sometimes mean looking at alternative rentals (such as a different chair option, for example). Our team of consultants will be on-hand to guide you through the process of bringing the design to life.
