Our range of services have been curated over the last decade to best cater to our clients needs. Because our work is entirely bespoke for each event, we do not offer package services. This is a conscious choice we have made so that we can provide a tailored approach to each client. In order to receive a quote, we kindly ask that you reach out with some information about yourselves and your event in order to provide you with a custom quote.
FULL PLANNING
Our full planning service is our signature, and allows us to accompany couples from the moment we decide to work together until the last vendor is signed off after the events.
With this service, you can truly sit back and enjoy the process, our team will work with you on:

Budget advice and tracking
Design, including the coordination of custom builds
Digital renders for each space
Stationery and wedding website curation
RSVP management

Our full planning service also includes the presence of your wedding planner, designer, and a member of staff for every 20 guests.
Couples selecting this option generally have a minimum budget of 100,000€ for their event.
FULL PLANNING - LITE
Our lite full planning service is an adaptation of our classic full planning service that is ideal for couples wanting to plan a beautiful wedding with fewer production elements.
With this service, our team will work with you on:
Your venue and vendor selection
Budgeting and budget tracking
Design for your entire event
Guest transport coordination
Vendor coordination
Our Lite service includes the presence of your planner and an assistant for the duration of your event.
Couples selecting this option generally have a minimum budget of 80,000€ for their celebration.
LA FUGUE AMOUREUSE
For those wishing to elope in France (or go on a fugue amoureuse, as the French say), our experienced elopements team is on hand to create an intimate but still thoroughly bespoke celebration. Your planner will work with you to select the best location, whether it’s Parisian landmarks, a vineyard in Bordeaux, or a villa with a stunning view over the Mediterranean.
As for the large weddings we plan, our elopements are completely bespoke. To get started, fill out our elopement-specific quote request below. Our team will then arrange a call with you to go over details so they can provide you with an accurate, all-inclusive quote. Once we’re on board, all you’ll have to take care of is booking your flights, picking your outfits, and enjoying the moment.
DESIGNED BY BEST EVENTS
The only stand-alone service we offer, our design service allows couples around the world who are not working with a planner — or whose planner does not work on design — to enjoy a fully custom event.
This unique service includes design consultation calls, bespoke design decks and renders, coordination of rentals, purchases, and custom commissions, stationery curation by our in-house team, and personal styling for the couple and the bridal party by a leading bridal fashion consultant.
Couples opting for this service generally have a design budget of 20,000€ or more for their event.
