Your guide to weddings at Chateau de Garde

Chateau de Garde is a luxury wedding venue near Bordeaux in South West France. The stunning chateau sits in the middle of vineyards and is a short drive from some of the finest and most famous winemakers in France, making it an ideal choice for wine lovers.

On top of that, the chateau’s location just outside Bordeaux makes it perfect for couples whose guests will be flying in internationally. Bordeaux Merignac Airport connects the city with London and Paris, which are both hubs for long-haul flights from the US and Australasia.

The venue includes accommodation for 40 guests, both in the main chateau building and in a beautifully converted outbuilding. There is also plenty of further accommodation locally.

The reception areas at the venue include a purpose-designed outbuilding with a stunning dining space and dance floor, as well as a professional kitchen area for your caterers. There is also a large dining room in the main chateau, which is ideal for welcome dinners and smaller parties.
